Both get the same booth and the same inclusions. The difference is one thing: vendors may sell on-site.

EXHIBITOR — ₱2,000

Promote, book & generate leads

You may:

✓ Hand out brochures, flyers & calling cards
✓ Take bookings, reservations & sign-ups
✓ Offer fair-exclusive promo rates & vouchers
✓ Collect leads and contact details
✓ Do product demos and tastings (free samples)

You may not:
× Sell goods or accept payment for items at the booth

VENDOR — ₱3,000

Same booth & inclusions as an exhibitor — plus the right to sell

Everything an exhibitor may do, plus:
Sell products on-site — cash & e-wallet transactions allowed
✓ Serve and sell food & beverages (with sanitary permit)
✓ Bring stock, inventory & a display rack
✓ Priority for a corner or high-traffic slot
✓ Access to a power outlet (request in advance)
✓ Named in the program as an Official Fair Vendor

Vendor requirements: valid business permit or DTI registration, and a sanitary permit / health card for food vendors. Vendors keep 100% of their sales — no commission taken.

📋 What you prepare

Tarpaulin design — just send us your design file. We print your 2x5-ft booth tarpaulin for you, at no extra cost.

Your own printed materials — brochures, flyers, calling cards, price lists and any handouts you want to give away. These are supplied by you.

Promo video — optional. If you already have one, send it and we’ll add it to the LED wall loop. No need to produce a new one.

Booth staff — 2 persons to man your booth.

Raffle prize pledge — encouraged; drives visitors to your booth.

Vendors also bring: stock, change fund and permits.

💡 Small business? Two members may share one exhibitor table at ₱1,000 each. Sponsors get their booth free — see the sponsorship page.

What happens on August 27

Two moments: a quick ceremonial opening at 10 AM that opens your booth for the whole day, and the official program at 3 PM after the grand parade — when the crowd is largest.

🎟️ The raffle works for you: Visitors collect a stamp from every booth they visit before dropping their card in the drum — so foot traffic reaches your table all day. Pledging a prize puts your name on stage during the 6:15 PM draw.

Every booth receives 2 official IDs with lanyards in your kit — worn at all times for access to the venue, the afternoon program and fellowship night.
